And I'll bet you didn't know that the modern cell phone is the same as a GPS in reverse?  That they can track you to literally an inch of where your are standing with one.  And you don't even have to have it turned on.  All they have to do is call your number and without your even answering they know exactly where you are.  You people who live in the USA are fairly shielded from knowing this but here in Europe were every country has different tariffs for the use of a cell phone the instant you cross a national boarder the phone automatically calls you and reports that you are now in another country.  And as the Feds. can intercept each and all of your communications they must certainly know how this works.  And you don't HAVE to cross a national border for this to work.  It just does so autmatically here as it is required to do so by law.
